The directions were easy to follow and it took me a total of 5 minutes from start to finish. I could feel it working, but it was not painful. Sort of felt like I put lip plumber all over my face, defiantly more than tolerable, and I only had slight redding that was gone in an hour. I could definatly see a difference just after this one application, and so could hubby. My skin felt smoother and had a beautiful shine to it that I haven't had in a while. My biggest problem is my pores, they are very large but I could see a difference in them as well. I am very happy with this product and look forward to more applications and the progression of my skin over time.
I took before and after photos but I took them on my cell phone in florescent light so all you can see is shine in my face and the little bit of redness. So I decided it would be better not to post them. I need a camera bad, can't wait till mine comes in at the end of November, but I digress.
All in all this is a great professional peel that you can do at home, the directions are easy to follow and the customer service is Barr none. I have a discount code for my readers to get 20% off all orders until December 31st, 2010. Just use "SHEBLOGS"
