Cooking for 4 during the week and 5 on the weekends with nothing but a microwave and an electric griddle is not fun, and presents many challenges. So please excuse how limited my menu's are these days. I promise better recipes and a more diverse menu when I have a full kitchen back.
So here it goes:
Moday - Grilled chicken breast and sauteed onions
Tuesday - Pork chops and baked potato
Wednesday - Cheese Burgers and a side (to be determined later)
Thursday - Grilled chicken, cheese and potatoes
Friday - Hot Dogs, and chips
Saturday - Dinner out I hope
Sunday - Ham steaks and green beans
I wish I had a plan. Might have to look into this.
